Member Organisations
Our Member Organisations cover the breadth of the biosciences, and often work in collaboration as well as independently on policy issues. Like the Society of Biology, several of our Member Organisations have dedicated policy staff to communicate to Government and other policy makers their independent, authoratitive and evidence-based advice. Many Member Organisations take both a proactive and reactive approach to policy issues, responding to consulations and inquiries, as well as producting briefing notes, guidelines and position statements.
For further information we have established a contact list of professional Science Policy Officers and Education Policy Officers at our Member Organisations, as well as links to the main Policy Documents of our Member Organisations.
You can also find up to date information from the policy departments of some of our Member Organisations through their policy blogs listed on our Policy blogroll.
